When you purchase an item in the Cottage Industry Mega Mall, you are dealing directly with the individual tenant. The Mega Mall is not responsible for products purchased or any problems associated with the purchase.

Each tenant will decide for themselves what form of payment they will accept. The Mega Mall takes no part in the sale of individual tenant products and services.

Customers are encouraged to fully read the policies and terms & conditions of each individual tenant. Each tenant will determine their own policies and conditions of the sales. The Mega Mall takes no part in setting up these restrictions and has no responsibility for any consequences associated with them.

When purchasing products or services from individual tenantswith a credit card, please do not submit the credit card number on the order form at each individual tenants Home Page. The Mega Mall does not offer secure online transactions and cannot be held responsible if your credit card number is obtained through the Internet. The Mega Mall's policy is to have the tenant call you to verify the order placed on-line and obtain a credit card number over the phone (if that particular tenant accepts credit cards).

The tenant retains all responsibility for the collection of money, shipping and handling, and taxes as well as handling any problems with filling the consumer's order.

Any "illegal" products or services sold in the Mega Mall will result in immediate cancellation of the shop selling these items. If you believe something you may be purchasing could be considered illegal, please contact our SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR via Email.

The Mega Mall management staff retains the right to make final decisions as to the content of products sold within the mall. We are the final judges. To protect the integrity of our Mall, there is no sexually explicit material allowed or products requiring a certain age to purchase (i.e., alcohol and tobacco).
